Microsoft is preparing to welcome the presence of Windows 8, Windows Phone 8 and
Microsoft Office with something new. For the first time since 25 years ago, the
software giant's corporate logo company changed again.
Change this logo is the fifth time if calculated since Microsoft was founded in 1975. But after replacing the fourth logo in 1987, the logo was never again change until now.
Glance there was no significant change from the Microsoft logo. The windows of four colors that characterized the past quarter century will be retained, but made more assertive and more simple with a four-color box in each box.
The new logo also includes changes to the font that is written in Microsoft word using Segoe font. In the letter 'f' and 't' in Microsoft word endings are also connected with a line.
According to Brand Strategy Manager Microsoft Jeferry Meisner, logo change is one of the many many changes will be made to welcome the era of Microsoft Windows 8 is both a part of Microsoft's business transformation as a market leader software.
"Starting today, you will see Microsoft's new logo and more striking. New logo will be used on the Microsoft.com website, which is one of 10 sites most frequently visited sites," he wrote in a Microsoft blog on Friday (24 / 8/2012).
Gradually, the logo will be present at the three Microsoft retail store in Boston, Seattle University Village and Bellevue, Washington. "This logo will shine brightly throughout our store over the next few months," they said Meisner.
